Making Pasta & Cheese

It all started because I wanted better noodles for chicken noodle soup. From there I got good at pasta but wanted to make the most fresh-made tortellini possible. To accomplish that, I figured out how to make my own ricotta. The rest is in the dough and curds...
Hockey
From sitting on the couch by my uncle and learning about Red Wings hockey to roller hockey in college. When ice came to Lincoln in 1996, we decided to give it a try. Years of coaching and playing later, here I am.
